Ohana has partnered with other nonprofit organizations like "E" Inc., Save the Harbor/Save the Bay, Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, and so many more organizations by providing water time and coaching for all kinds of events. We have also worked with various Chinese alumni associations and have trained and sponsored teams of different levels for the Boston Dragon Boat festival. Single-Day Corporate Team Building
Walk away with an unforgettable experience! Anyone who has raced on a dragon boat walks away with memories that last a lifetime!
Dragon boating involves all the key characteristics for building a strong team: communication, trust, camaraderie, resilience, and conquering challenges together. On a dragon boat, all 20 paddlers working together in unison makes the boat go so much faster!
We can host anywhere from 20-100 people on the water during the warmer months. For groups between 10 and 50 members, we also offer on-site indoor team races.
All of the necessary equipment will be provided for both types of events (on and off the water).
All you need to do is show up with your team (or have a space for us to set up the equipment), and we'll do the rest! Our team building package includes event management, equipment rental, instructions, photos and videos, prizes, and most of all lots of fun for the entire team.

Increase your brand recognition and become part of the dragon boat community by racing at the Boston Dragon Boat Festival, one of the oldest festivals in the United States (usually held on the second weekend of June).

Youth Support
Give back to the community by supporting our youth program! We provide membership and practices to our youths for free, and we also subsidize racing fees whenever possible. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are unable to completely support the costs for youths to participate in national and international races on our own, and that's where you come in!

Community Dragon Boat Paddling Event
Is your organization trying to find a fun activity that people haven’t tried? Well look no further as we offer the best program for learning communication, teamwork and trust.
Our team has held a plethora of events with multiple different partners around the greater Boston community. We have worked with kids summer camps, high school community volunteers, and adults who have never paddled before. No matter the group’s age, size, or experience, we are willing to work together to host your event. When you are on our boat, we make sure you are in safe hands.
