On the water, we specialize in training programs that simultaneously develop novice and experienced paddlers at once. There’s never a wrong time to join and start building your technique. There is never a wrong time to return and build on your experience. During the paddling season, on top of our 3 practices a week, members can join an Outrigger Canoe (OC-1) session to further improve and refine their paddling technique. These extra sessions help create benchmarks for our members and a chance to work on their own form and technique without worry about synchronization. It also offers a chance to experience different paddling disciplines and enjoy being out in Boston Harbor.
During the colder months, our indoor training program is designed to integrate and be challenging for people from all fitness levels. We utilize calisthenics and resistance training to strengthen our muscles and improve our endurance. Whether you’ve never seen the inside of a gym or been hitting the gym consistently, you will have a chance to improve your fitness level in a positive and encouraging environment.
